It is now possible to take photos from a webcam attached to the computer running RentHQ, and have that uploaded to the web site automatically.
This applies to any item which allows attachments. So that includes tenants, properties, owners, inspections and work orders.
This is great for anyone who uses a laptop or windows tablet to run RentHQ and it has a web cam and an internet connection. You can take photos during inspections or take photos of the new tenants you just signed up or add photos to a work order job.
To take a photo go to the Attachments tab and choose the Take Photo button. The resulting photo will be automatically added as an attachment when it is saved. You can preview the photo and choose to retake it if you are not happy with it.
New Feature - Logo in Mail Merge
You can now add your company logo to a mail merge letter.
There are limitations on logos entered into mail merge letters. If you generate a letter and email it, the email will not contain the logo. Also if the tenant or landlord views a letter online, the logo will also not be shown.
