When recording inspections results in RentHQ, you add a rating to different room attributes, which was previously done using a slider. This has now been changed to the more familiar star rating system.  1 star = worst, 5 stars = best.  This has been changed both in the main RentHQ system as well as the RentHQ web login.  The tenant and landlord logins have been using the star rating display for a few months now.

There has long been the ability to limit peoples access to certain menu options via the security logins menu option.  When menus are disabled, that menu becomes invisible to that person.  However there has been the ability to access certain features via other means even if the menu has been hidden.  For example if the tenant menu has been disabled, they could still access tenants via the property details screen.  So this has been changed.

• If the Tenant menu is disabled, the Tenant tab on the Property details screen is now hidden.
• If the Work Orders menu is disabled, the Work Orders tab on the Property details screen is now hidden.
• If the Disbursements menu is disabled, the Disbursements tab on the Owner details screen is now hidden.
• If the Extra Fees menu is disabled, the Extra Fees tab on the Owner details screen is now hidden.
• If the Properties menu is disabled, the Properties tab on the Owner details screen is now hidden.
• If the Inspections menu is disabled, the Inspections tab on the Tenant details screen is now hidden.
• If the Extra Charges menu is disabled, the Extra Charges tab on the Tenant details screen is now hidden.
