Information > Graphs

The graphs screen provides a quick overview of various activities.

Some graphs are filterable by property and date range. If these options are not applicable, they are disabled.

The Cash flow graph shows a sum of income less expenses each month. The average line is an average of the preceding 6 months.

The Income and Expense graph shows separate lines for the income and expenses per month.

The Management Fees graph shows a sum of total management fee charges each month.

The Rent Received graph shows income received, limited to income groups which are used to pay rent.
