Tenants > Prospects

A prospect is a person who has filled out an online application, and is seeking to rent one of our rental properties.  As such, you can not create prospects yourself.

The prospect screen shows the questions and answers which the prospective tenant filled out online.

You can choose to give this prospect a star rating from 1 to 5 for later reference.  You also can add notes to remind yourself of specifics about this tenant such as the results of their credit or reference check etc.

You can also choose to convert this person from a prospective tenant, to an actual tenant.  If the original questionnaire originally included question types such as name, email, phone or mobile, these details are automatically carried across to the newly created tenant.
