Different types of properties have different types of rooms.  For example a standalone house may have a garage and an outdoor area.  An apartment may not have those things.  So the Inspection Templates allows you to create different property profiles.  You could also create different profiles for different purposes such as a first inspection template and a move out inspection template etc.

Note that you only need to create 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom.  When the inspection checklist and results are created, the bedroom and bathroom template rooms will be repeated multiple times based on the Bedrooms and Bathrooms count as set on the property details screen.  For this to work, there must be 1 room called 'Bedroom' and another room called 'Bathroom'.

On the property details screen, you can enter the default inspection template for a property.
